Our patented cell-to-cell mating technology allows us to test 97 million interactions per screen on average.
This incredibly high number of interactions combined to the high complexity of our libraries makes our ULTImate Y2H screens exhaustive: 98% of the prey cDNA clones are tested at least once for interaction.

114 fully analyzed positive clones are delivered on average per screen.

Due to exhaustiveness and the sequencing and analysis of all positive clones we are able to compute a confidence score for each interaction. We have demonstrated in Nature and Genome Research a high correlation between our confidence score and the occurrence of an interaction in cells.
Our confidence score allows our customers to:
  > avoid working on artifacts (false positives or non specific interactions)
  > focus on the most technically relevant interactions

Sticky proteins are therefore flagged and you can work with trust on the most reliable interactions identified. Do not start working on artifacts!
