a highly diverse library of 100,000 selected compoundsHybrigenics Services Diversity Library is composed of 100,000 compounds (HBX-100) selected from commercial sources by our chemists: > The compounds were selected on the basis of lead and drug likeness and chemical diversity (based on frameworks: Molecular Diversity 2006 10 (3) p. 389-403). Furthermore, the collection continuously evolves to ensure a valuable asset to customer companies which aim at exploring chemical space with a reasonable amount of diverse compounds. > Known promiscuous structures are not included and non stable compound structures are discarded over time. > Every year around 20% of the library is replaced by novel compounds
Hybrigenics Services also propose to screen a representative subset of 9,920 unique frameworks (HBX-S10).
