  > PIMRider® is the graphics analysis software of ULTImate Y2H™
     results enabling  both a panoramical and focused visualization
     of the protein interaction maps (PIM).

  > PIMBuilder® supports the full protein interactions production process
     up to the results delivery to the customers. This platform is composed
     of a LIMS and an analytical bioinformatics module
     for the ULTImate Y2H™ screens analysis. It can be divided
     into two main components :
       *The identification of putative interactions is obtained through
         an automated chain of external and proprietary algorithms
       *The Predicted Biological Score (PBS®) is a confidence score for each
         interaction based on a statistical evaluation, that ranks protein
         interactions according to their technological pertinence.
     The mastering of the process, the scientific robustness and the clarity
     of the results provided to the customers are the essential features
     on which our IT system has been founded.

  > BioSupportOnLine (BSOL) is a practical bioinformatics system designed
     for fast integration and deployment of ad hoc bioinformatics software
     used on a daily basis by our Y2H experts . It answers to an
     intermediary request in analytical bioinformatics which has to reconcile
     swiftness with precision in the choice of the algorithms. It is particularly
     adapted to initialize an ULTImate Y2H project in its bait design phase.
     It guides our customers in the preliminary steps of a project.

  > DiscoveryHit™ is our in-house chemoinformatics platform. Associated
     with outsourced software, it constitutes a powerful analysis tool
     to manage our chemical libraries and to analyze chemical screens
     results delivered by the Small Molecule Screening service.
