Inecalcitol , an optimised vitamin D analogue, is currently being developed for late stage prostate cancer , in combination with the reference chemotherapy, Taxotere®, in order to improve its efficacy and tolerance.

A research programme on the forced degradation of proteins involved in cancer has identified some particularly innovative therapeutic targets, Ubiquitin-Specific Proteases (USP 7 and USP 8) and discovered original chemical series of patented inhibitors, with a potential interest against melanoma, prostate cancer and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia.
