Discovery Engine Print PDF

Hybrigenics discovery platform combines and integrates advanced, proprietary technologies that allow us to identify drug targets with a demonstrable role in specific cancer pathways. More specifically, Hybrigenics analyses cancer-relevant biological networks of interacting proteins and conducts cell-based phenotypic screens using functional genetic approaches to identify, select and validate novel cancer targets.
These protein targets are then exploited by the Company to identify and develop small-molecule drug candidates using target class-specific approaches and technologies.

Hybrigenics’ expertise operates at key steps of the Preclinical Research chain, from target discovery to drug candidate selection including:
  > Advanced disease-relevant, cellular phenotypic assays and interference technologies,
  > High-throughput protein interaction mapping, protein networks and pathways analysis ,
  > HTS-compatible, biochemical and cellular screening assays,
  > Drug-like, small molecule library screening and medicinal chemistry optimization,
  > Molecular modelling and 3D structural studies,
  > Preclinical evaluation in dedicated cellular and in vivo models.

Meet us  at the International Conference 'Drug targets in the Ubiquitin Proteasome System; Targeting the ubiquitin system for drug discovery and development' (March 10-12, 2008; Berlin, Germany). An oral presentation will be given during the session 'E3 Ligase and DUB inhibitors' scheduled for 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday12th March.
