Institutional Shareholders Since its creation 1997, the company gathered € 58 millions, in three steps.
The first step was made with Venture Capital funds, Apax being one of them since the beginning. In three rounds, € 49 millions were raised, which were invested in the growth of the company. The second step occurred in December 2007, when the company went public after an IPO on Alternext, with 6.2 millions raised. The last step was a private placement with qualified investors, for € 2.8 millions in December 2009.
