Rémi DELANSORNE, CEO Chief Executive Officer

Rémi DELANSORNE is 48 years old. He holds a veterinary doctorate from “Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire d’Alfort” and a PhD in life sciences from « Université Pierre et Marie Curie » (Paris VI). After a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, he joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1985 in Theramex, where he held several positions in pre-clinical R&D.until the company was integrated into the Merck Group (now Merck-Serono) in 2000. In 2002. Rémi Delansorne became Merck Global Head of Diabetes Research and responsible for the three preclinical sites in France. Then, he joined Hybrigenics in 2004 as Vice-President for R&D and was appointed CEO of the company in September 2005. Didier PETITEVILLE Senior Director, Head of Operations

Didier Petiteville, as Senior Operations Manager, is a manager with a scientific experience. In 1981, he joined the « Institut Pasteur ». After a few years spent in the purchasing department, he was appointed as project manager for the department of biotechnologies. In 1996, he joined the « Centre de Biologie Médicale Spécialisée » to assume administration duties and ensure the financial recovery of the organisation. He joined HYBRIGENICS in 1999 and was assigned the task of finding and fitting out premises and ensuring the administrative and logistic operation of the company. In 2001, he became responsible for the construction of new laboratories in impasse Reille and for the establishment of the industrial platform. Eric Cohen graduated in Management from the London Business School (MBA) and in Finance (MSG) from Dauphine University (Paris). He developed expertise in financing growing businesses. After acting as financial auditor with Mazars, he was appointed as Financial Manager with Radio BFM, where he finalised several financing rounds and then became the Finance Director of Teva Pharmaceuticals in France, the world leading company in generic drugs. He founded an internet company specialised in gaming and online marketing and started working with Hybrigenics in 2001. In 2003, he was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in charge of Finance, Human Resources, Legal Affaires and Communication. He was involved in the last private financing rounds and in M&A transactions. Laurent DAVIET Senior Director, Head of Biological Research

Laurent obtained his PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Lyon (France) before joining, as a postdoctoral fellow, the laboratory of Pr. Victor Dzau at Harvard Medical School. In 1999, Laurent joined Hybrigenics as a staff scientist and has assumed, over his years in the company, roles of increasing responsibility. Jean-François Dufour-Lamartinie joined Hybrigenics in 2006 as Head of Clinical Research & Development. He has acquired a broad experience in the clinical development in oncology in his prior positions with pharmaceutical companies, clinical research organisations and as clinician at cancer research institutes such as the Institut Gustave Roussy. Before joining Hybrigenics, Jean-François Dufour-Lamartinie was Clinical Research Director of BioAlliance Pharma, a French biopharmaceutical company, for more than 3 years and contributed to the launch of their first drug on the market. Guillaume BOISSY Senior Director, Head of Bioinformatics & Information Systems

Guillaume Boissy, who holds a PhD in Molecular Biophysics, took part in the set-up of the first biological macromolecule X-ray crystallography unit at the INRA. At the same time, he taught computing and structural biology at the Paris 7 and Versailles Universities for five years. He gained experience in architecture of information systems and in modeling from the Master in Computing in the INSA of Lyon before joining Hybrigenics in 1999 as bioinformatics project manager. He was involved in industrialization efforts and in the design of two proprietary production platforms, and later was appointed as Head of Bioinformatics & Information Systems in 2005.
